■ 产品简介

零背景ZT4-Blunt(Kan+)克隆试剂盒是专门对平滑末端DNA片段或PCR扩增产物进行高效克隆的一种阳性筛选系统。该克隆载体包含一个致死基因,当目的DNA片段插入克隆位点时,该致死基因被破坏,故仅带插入目的片段的克隆才能生长形成白色菌落,无需加入IPTG及X-Gal进行蓝白斑筛选;克隆阳性率超过95%。
